About the BCE Soirée

Starting at 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., your evening includes:

  • 🥂 A sparkling cocktail reception to kick off the night with delectable dishes and drinks

  • 🎤 Inspiring performances celebrating our educators and community stars

  • 🎉 Live auction filled with dazzling prizes and Fund-a-Dream to support BCE 

  • 💃 Dancing the night away under a canopy of stars

 If you would like to make a donation to our Live or Online Auctions, we are looking for:

  • Money-can’t-buy experiences 

  • Incredible culinary and wine experiences

  • Premium sporting event seats/boxes

  • Tickets to concerts and performances 

  • And more!

Please submit your tax-deductible donation or reach out to Brigitte Dean and Neha Mandal before March 1st, 2025. All proceeds from our Fundraising Soirée go directly to our schools.

The auction team needs your help to make this year’s Live & Online Auctions the best one yet.

We are seeking volunteers to join a dynamic team of parents to help solicit and build exciting packages that will be auctioned off at the March 22, 2025 Fundraising Soirée. What is the BCE Soirée and how is different from the Gala?

Last year, BCE has taken all of your feedback and revitalized the Annual Fundraising Event to incorporate more time for mingling with a new layout and format. This Spring, BCE comes back with the "Annual Fundraising Soirée," our refreshed, adult-only fundraising evening affair, where attendees will partake in an array of food selections, drinks, dessert, entertainment, and the Live Auction. Most importantly, the evening will continue to feature the ever-critical Fund-A-Dream where guests donate to support our programs and teacher salaries.

Do I have to be part of Scholars Circle to attend?

Do I get to choose my seat?

Is there a dress code for the Annual Gala?

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Can I participate in the Live Auction even if I don't attend?

Can I be a volunteer for the night of the event?

Does the price of the ticket count toward my annual contribution to BCE?
